doc是word2007及以下版本的文件扩展名，docx是word2007及以上版本的文件扩展名。docx版本兼容性高，占用空间小于doc文件。
二、doc格式介绍

WPS软件doc和docx可以正常兼容打开。八卦，其实我们自己的WPS也做得很好。我觉得使用word文档模板和Excel数据超过了微软office，个人免费。只有高级功能才会收费。
对于有工作能力的个人，我个人支持购买正版付费WPS，但界面更清爽。
